Elements.
It controls the scattered 'Qi' caused by excessive joy or distraction (Fire)
using artificial fear or surprise (Water),
lowering the excited energy down from the chest.

Reciprocal Inhibition (Wolpe):
Similar to Wolpe's theory. Using the principle that anxiety or fear cannot coexist with relaxation
(or another powerful emotion) to eliminate pathological excitation.
